The inaugural edition of RANG APC was launched as a national-level drawing competition under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, commemorating India's Platinum Jubilee year of independence. Organised by Nirman Pratishthan, it invited students and citizens across India to honour freedom fighters and soldiers through creative expression.
